Today a brand new angel got his wings. The wings were massive, and the angel wondered how he would ever be able to manage this heavy burden. He looked to the older, much wiser guardian angels and saw them fly to earth with ease and grace. As he struggled to understand his new role and tried to make the load lighter, he heard a small child’s cry. Without a thought of his own burden, the angel found the strength to spread his wings and protect this child. With this great act, he too had graduated to the status of Guardian Angel.
